I had been working in Rikhav before but had to leave due to some personal reasons. After all the problems were fixed, I thought of working and came back to this company. I called up Ritesh sir and he welcomed me with open arms. I had a chat with him in the office and he told me I could join the company on 7th of April. I have no words to answer but at the second moment he changed the atmosphere and introduced me with my senior SEO Mr. Tushar and Technical Head Mr. Praful. Sep 20th, 2010 was first day for me in Rikhav Infotech. Everything was new to me as I was fresher and didn’t have any experience. Kiran joined the company along with me on same day. Kiran had experience as an SEO executive before but I was a fresher and this made me quite nervous. I was then told by Bhavik sir that Chetan sir would be our team leader. When I first came in to this company, Bhavik sir took me in conference room and introduced to Chetan sir. I was a bit nervous initially especially due to the quiet office environment. I had six months of SEO experience before but I didn’t get to learn much at my previous company. I was first handling two automotive sites and looking at my impressive performance in three to four months, I was given two guys – Parineeta Pawaskar and Sudipa Roy. As I say goodbye, I remind myself that farewells are not forever, nor are they the end. They are simply words to say that I will miss you. I remember my first day when we were introduced to our team leaders by Nishi Ma'am. As this was my first job, i was very nervous but Riddhi ma'am (my first TL) made me feel comfortable and trained me for SEO. I thank her for giving me good SEO training & guidance. I have learned so many things in this span of time.
