What Experience you should have as a CEO of an IT company?

Earlier last week, I was chatting with few CEO's of leading IT companies in India,  for few ideas I had in order to launch Niche portals for Indian Internet users. Post this conversation, while I was playing with my KID, an idea came in my mind. The word "Chief Executive Officer" doesn't convey much, If something. I have absolute way to describe, what shall be the exact role of a CEO. Taking Liberty to explain things my way, Feel free to correct me, if I have missed on anything, If one can achieve these points, I am sure he/she will be the most successful CEO & will drive company big way. A Year of Learning, Growing and Enjoying

It was Monday, July 19, 2010, exactly a year ago, when I joined Rikhav Infotech and I still remember my 1st day: Sunil arranged for my laptop and I was led to a cabin (a first for me!) by Ritesh, a good friend (we’ve grown together) and also CMD, Rikhav Infotech. To be very frank, when I joined I had zero experience in the digital/IT field - SEO were just 3 different alphabets put together; so was SMO. I had over 5 years of experience in the offline field but none in online. But I trusted both, my instincts  [...]

We would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of them for their continuous support and being always there along with us during all the ups and downs that we may have faced during this wonderful journey. I would urge each one of you to share your experience with Rikhav Infotech.  [...]

You are what you do!

We’ve talked about them earlier, but since they continuously keep on amazing us with their efforts, dedication and attitude that I believe, we’ll have a post about them every month. Though no words can do justice to what they are doing, I am taking this opportunity to thank each one of them for their unmatched support extended toward Indian Drives. On Saturday, May 7, Manoranjan Sahu, Ashish Jain, Prashant Nagaonkar and Pratik Joshi went out of their way in the 1st half, of course with the permission of their Team Leader Chetan, and stuck Indian Drives stickers on 500 auto rickshaws; few  [...]

Happy Birthday Mr. Indian Drives

Welcome to the thirties club Bimal! Some hair will now start growing white (have they already?). You shall start developing a little paunch. Climbing the stairs might be little tiring. Kids and teens will start calling you uncle. Suddenly, you’ll become a little more social. You’ll start looking for the right school for your child. You’ll work more, party less. You’ll also start believing in a healthier lifestyle. You’ll also pray more. Or chances are you’d not a change a bit and still be the same old Bimal, albeit a little older. Whatever you shall be, we, at Rikhav Infotech,  [...]
