How do you start to describe performance, even if you can measure it quantifiably? Several measures are in place to check and see if something or someone is a valuable, outstanding, upstanding member of corporate society, and most of them are a bunch of fire-breathing acronyms. It is, on one fine day each year, that we all age a year so to speak and we al lie about being younger than we actually are until someone catches our lie. The clock strikes 12 in the morning and the wishes start to pour in. Groggy eyed and woozy, I make my way through answering a few of the calls out of courtesy before thanking Nokia profusely for their flight mode on my phone.
